Match Report: JDT 17-1 Wipers
JDT finished the regular season with an emphatic win over Wipers, who finished their first MPFL season with just a single point.

JDT wrapped up the MPFL 2026 regular season in the most emphatic fashion possible, thrashing bottom side Wipers 17-1 in Shah Alam to finish the campaign on 40 points from 16 matches, above Pahang Rangers on both points and goal difference to confirm second place.
Muhamad Norakmal Bin Norizal set the tone with a rapid brace inside the opening two minutes. Mohd Ridzwan Bin Bakri added two of his own either side of the ten-minute mark, and Syed Aizad Daniel Bin Syed Nasir opened his account before half time as Joao Almeida's side led 7-1 at the break. The second half brought no respite, Alcantara Prieto Andres scoring all four of his goals in a devastating spell to claim player of the match, with Syed Aizad Daniel completing a hat-trick and Azri Rahman and Syed Khidir Shaab also on target. Even substitute goalkeeper Mohammad Ammar Harith Mohamad got in on the act, scoring shortly after coming on.
Wipers' consolation, in first-half stoppage time through Muhammad Q Rafiq Bin Mohd Faisal, at least spared them a repeat of the 17-0 defeat they suffered to the same opponents earlier this season, but offered little else to celebrate in their own final match of a miserable debut campaign. Faris Al Irfan's side finish bottom of the table, still without a win after 16 matches, with only a single draw against ATM to their name all year.
For JDT, the result rounds off a campaign that will see them head into the play-offs in second place, the automatic bye into the semi-finals confirmed alongside table toppers Selangor. The final regular season table is available at mpfl.my.
