match report - pfa odin 1-1 atm

PFA Odin Sarawak, with just one win all season took on an ATM side who had lost their last three in a row and the game was particularly tight especially in the first half.

The only goal of the half came in the 9th minute, a quickly taken free kick played in Azrin Shahmin who scored his third goal of the season.

It was the only goal of a tight first half.

The second half followed a similar pattern, very few clear cut chances from either side, PFA keeper Irsyad Nizam made a good save to keep his goal intact and ATM struck the foot of the post with PFA able to scramble the rebound away.

There was late drama though as PFA who’d committed five fouls gave away another and a subsequent second penalty which was converted by Imran Samsuddin with just 20 seconds to go and ATM rescued a point in dramatic fashion.

For both side a point ended a run of defeats but PFA will be disappointed not to have hung on for the win
