ATM are the futsal side of the Malaysian Armed Forces, run under Persatuan Bolasepak Angkatan Tentera Malaysia. The parent football association dates back to 1920, but the futsal team is a recent venture, entering the MPFL in 2022.
Since then they have competed across the MPFL's two divisions, building a reputation for discipline and work rate rather than silverware, with home matches played at Sportizza Setapak and Arena Futsal FAM in Kelana Jaya.
For 2026 they line up in the top flight, carrying the colours of the armed forces into Malaysia's expanded futsal league.
ATM competed in MPFL Division 2 in 2025, finishing ninth of thirteen with three wins from eleven matches (24 goals for, 34 against, 10 points).
That left them well outside the promotion places taken by champions USMKK, runners-up Terengganu and third-placed PFA Odin Sarawak.
They join the MPFL for 2026 as the top flight expands to nine clubs.
