Preview: Wipers v ATM
Wipers, still without a win this season, take on an ATM side looking to end their four-match winless run.

Wipers welcome ATM to Circuit 7 for the opening match of the weekend, with Mohd Ruzaley Abdul Aziz's young side still searching for a first win of the 2026 season against opposition they have already faced once this year. ATM won that Circuit 3 meeting comfortably, running out 6-0 winners with Muhammad Bukhari helping himself to a hat-trick.
Wipers remain without a point through the opening circuits, a run that includes a heavy 0-17 defeat to JDT, but there have been flashes of encouragement in recent matches. Riffat Razique got on the scoresheet in the defeat to Selangor, Fakhrul Hazim struck twice against Terengganu, and Imran Khairi added a late consolation in the same fixture. Built entirely from players aged 17 to 20 as part of a development programme aimed at SUKMA 2026, the squad's priority remains minutes against senior opposition rather than results, and any signs of a tighter scoreline than their previous meeting with ATM would be considered progress.
ATM head into the weekend looking to arrest their own difficult run of form. They have gone four matches without a win, drawing 1-1 with PFA Odin last time out after defeats to Pahang Rangers and JDT either side of it. They’ll have to try and get the win with Muhammad Bukhari, who scored that hat-trick against Wipers earlier in the season and has continued to be a reliable source of goals from the penalty spot in recent weeks.
Given the head-to-head history and Wipers' continued struggles at this level, ATM will start as clear favourites, but their own recent form means this is not quite the routine fixture it might otherwise appear. A repeat of the Circuit 3 scoreline would go some way to steadying the ship after a tricky run of results.
ATM will hope a return to winning ways ends their four-match slump, while Wipers continue their search for the campaign's first win or point.
The match kicks off at 10.00am on Saturday. You can watch all the action on the MPFLTV Channel on YouTube.
