Circuit 4 Matchday 2 kicked off with a match between the bottom two, USM and Wipers, who had both lost every game to this point.

USM pushed KL City all the way on Matchday 1 and, had they not missed two second penalties, could easily have taken the points. They took the lead here in the fourth minute, Muazzim Shakri's shot turned in on the line by Putera Adam Fahrin.

Wipers did have half-chances but could not find a way past keeper Dharimi Shawal.

USM scored a second with twelve minutes gone, Eikmal Daniel getting his third goal of the season, and a third before half-time from Danial Zhafirul gave USM a comfortable lead at the break.

The second half also belonged to USM as they went on to complete a first win of the season in style.

Izzat Aqiyudin made it 4-0 with a good finish, and Danial Zhafirul scored his second of the match when he took the ball away from the Wipers keeper.

Putera Adam Fahrin also helped himself to a second goal to make it 6-0, and further goals followed. Aiman Naimi turned in Faris Syafiq's cross, and with Wipers utilising the powerplay a heavy touch from Aidil Fazrez gave the ball away and left a simple opportunity for Muazzim Shakri to complete an 8-0 win and give USM their first three points of the season.

Wipers remain rooted to the foot of the table after another big defeat.
