Terengganu

Terengganu's futsal team represents the East Coast state under the Football Association of Terengganu.

They made their MPFL debut in Division 1 in 2024, finishing seventh and dropping into Division 2 for the following season.

A strong 2025 campaign returned them to the top flight at the first attempt.

Terengganu finished runners-up in the 2025 MPFL Division 2, one point behind champions USMKK, to earn promotion.

Goalkeeper Tengku Azraf Fahimi Che Ku Sulong was named the division's best goalkeeper.

In the Malaysia Futsal Cup they lost both quarter-final legs to Pahang Rangers, 1-7 then 2-5, going out 3-12 on aggregate.
